This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries primarily through telephone support, ensuring a professional and customer-centric experience.
• Handle written customer requests during service hours to promote efficient case management.
• Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments related to installation services.
• Provide initial troubleshooting assistance for smoke detectors (no technical expertise required).
• Aid customers with billing questions, clarify invoice details, and guide users through topics related to the customer portal.
• Coordinate appointments for meter readings and assist with general service-related inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service without engaging in sales or outbound activities.
• Native or fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Previous experience or a strong desire for inbound telephone customer support.
• Reliable internet connection and stable electricity supply suitable for remote work (speed test required).
• Proficient in PC usage and digital communication skills.
• Calm, patient, and service-oriented demeanor with a clear and structured style of communication.
• Dependable work ethic, quick learning abilities, and a willingness to address written inquiries.
• Interest in a long-term customer service position with no inclination towards sales-related projects.
