This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Managing customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat
• Addressing account or technical issues and escalating as needed
• Accurate documentation and prompt follow-up
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Proficient in German at a C2/native level
• Competent in English at a B2 level or higher
• Possession of an EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
• Availability for on-site or remote work, including shifts (Monday–Sunday, depending on the project)
• Readiness to relocate at least one week prior to the start date (for on-site roles)
