This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and phone calls.
• Assess and understand customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.
• Address complaints by providing appropriate solutions and options within set time frames; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Proficiency in English and German is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders.
• Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Strong IT skills for professional purposes and the ability to handle somewhat technical customer inquiries.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong listening abilities.
• Capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant advantage.
• Multi-lingual skills are a considerable plus.
