This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Manage high-priority tasks including WISMO (Where Is My Order), order modifications, refunds, and other general inquiries.
• Deliver accurate product and service information while upholding a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards all customers and colleagues.
• Efficiently resolve issues and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the organization’s CRM system.
• Support future AI deflection strategies through comprehensive documentation and process assistance.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure customer success is achieved.
• Achieve or surpass performance targets for all relevant KPIs while complying with company policies.
• Prior customer service experience or a related background.
• A C1 Communications level is essential, featuring a natural and neutral accent.
• Skilled in utilizing computers and various software applications.
• Practical experience with Freshdesk and Vonage (or similar tools) is required.
• Previous experience with a CRM system is preferred.
• Familiarity or interest in motorcycles is considered a "nice to have" for better customer engagement.
