This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Native or fluent in French (C2) in both spoken and written forms.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

• Prior experience in a contact center or customer service setting is preferred.
• Experience in product or technical support is considered a plus.
• Interest in or basic understanding of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to analyze complex issues.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
