This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Act as the primary contact via phone, ensuring effective call management and maintaining professional communication.
• Investigate and pinpoint effective solutions to address customer issues or concerns.
• Be the initial contact for business partners or clients, assisting with inquiries related to products, services, or account management.
• Deliver accurate and comprehensive information utilizing the appropriate tools, systems, and procedures.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and enhance the overall experience for customers or partners.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Fluent or native proficiency in French with strong skills in both written and spoken communication, along with good proficiency in English.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to effectively apply product or service knowledge.
• Competence with computers and customer service applications.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote work).
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
