This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests swiftly, whether received through phone or email.
• Redirect inquiries to the suitable department as required.
• Issue certificates of insurance and confirm coverage when necessary.
• Offer precise information on insurance products, coverage options, and policy specifics.
• Support clients with policy renewals, modifications, and updates.
• Efficiently process insurance applications, claims, and payments.
• Investigate and address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage administrative responsibilities and documentation related to customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is preferred).
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a similar capacity (experience in the insurance sector is advantageous).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is desirable.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Competence in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
