This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage a significant volume of live chat interactions and phone calls.
• Assess and understand customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Deliver precise, valid, and thorough information.
• Address complaints, offer suitable solutions and options within designated timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative.
• Proficient in utilizing IT tools for professional purposes and capable of handling moderately technical queries from customers.
• Outstanding written communication skills along with excellent listening abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time well.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant advantage.
• Multi-lingual abilities are an additional asset.
• Proficient in English and at least one other European language.
• Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
