This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding inquiries about billing, modern metering systems, and services.
• Articulate technical subjects in a clear and accessible manner.
• Efficiently process service requests, orders, and data modifications with accuracy.
• Identify customized solutions to guarantee long-term customer satisfaction.
• A keen interest in energy, technology, or real estate.
• Some prior experience in customer service or a strong eagerness to embark on a career in this field.
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Quick learner, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Strong computer skills.
