This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage incoming calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
• Promote and sell products tailored to the specific needs of customers.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products and related offerings.
• Provide customer support for both booking management and post-booking inquiries.
• Assist travel agents with their bookings and ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Deliver comprehensive information to customers regarding destinations, vessels, documentation, pricing, and other related questions.
• Native or fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the travel or online booking sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
• Capable of managing multiple inquiries while providing accurate information efficiently.
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
• Familiarity with booking systems or travel management tools will be viewed as advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a problem-solving approach.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
