This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in both Czech and English.

• Document and update customer interactions in internal databases.
• Adhere to company protocols and service standards.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Czech (essential).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must reside in Portugal (essential).
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
