This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage customer inquiries and deliver information regarding cycling products and services.

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the cycling sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Basic understanding of cycling products and industry trends.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software for order management and customer support.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work remotely and manage a high volume of customer inquiries.
