This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Multi-Channel Engagement: Oversee a significant volume of interactions through phone, chat, email, and social media channels.

• Dynamic Problem Solving: Address intricate inquiries related to orders, returns, and refunds.

• Order Management: Skillfully assist customers throughout the purchasing experience.

• Process Excellence: Uphold shared workflows and engage with internal teams via Slack and Zoom.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Direct experience with Shopify is mandatory.

• Bilingual Communication: Must possess full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Numerical Accuracy: Proficient basic math skills are crucial for providing real-time order assistance.

• Adaptability: Embrace a mindset of continuous learning.
