This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Order Management: Skillfully assist customers throughout the purchasing experience.
• Process Excellence: Uphold shared workflows and engage with internal teams via Slack and Zoom.
• Technical Proficiency: Direct experience with Shopify is mandatory.
• Bilingual Communication: Must possess full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Numerical Accuracy: Proficient basic math skills are crucial for providing real-time order assistance.
• Adaptability: Embrace a mindset of continuous learning.
• Flexible work arrangements
• Contractor will invoice BiOptimizers directly on a monthly basis
• Payment Terms: Net 30
• Equipment: Contractor is expected to utilize their own tools unless stated otherwise
