This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver consistent customer service and policy assistance to agents and carriers
• Interact with agents and carriers through various channels (phone, chat, email)
• Investigate, address, and effectively communicate responses to customer inquiries in line with established service protocols
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotional offerings
• Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, and other necessary documents for policy issuance
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues such as headsets, internet, and connectivity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to assess policy information, identify potential problems, and take suitable actions to resolve them
