This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offers specialized member support tailored to the specific market or region.
• Educates members about care gaps and aids in scheduling appointments with providers.
• Engages with members in the market through Welcome Calls, New Member Onboarding, and JSA Scheduling.
• Assists in procuring medical records from healthcare providers or hospitals involved in patient care.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Preferably, experience in high-volume inbound customer service, especially in health plan or Medicare “Member Services” roles.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Proficient typing skills of 40+ words per minute.
• Bilingual capabilities in English/Spanish, English/Vietnamese, or English/Mandarin are preferred.
