This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You evaluate and determine damage and defects on pre-owned vehicles using photos, videos, or repair estimates, ensuring adherence to our high quality standards while collaborating closely with our automotive workshops.
• Acting as the communicative link, you facilitate coordination among customers, internal teams, and external service providers.
• Serve as a technical consultant for your team, leveraging your expertise to address technical inquiries and actively participating in the enhancement of processes and solutions.
• With your solution-focused mindset and technical knowledge, you guarantee that the Autohero purchasing experience remains positive for our customers.
• You possess experience in the automotive industry, such as a mechatronics technician, bodywork technician, or vehicle service advisor.
• Ideally, you have previous experience in customer service and excel as a strong communicator who enjoys engaging with customers.
• You approach your work in a structured and independent manner and thrive as a team player.
• Proficiency in German and confident usage of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) is essential; English skills are considered a plus.
• You have a genuine passion for cars and a willingness to learn and adapt to new subjects.
