Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage all customer interactions via online marketplaces and telephone communications.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns.

• Offer product information as necessary.

• Suggest products when appropriate.

• Conduct research to address shipping issues.

• Oversee marketplace returns.

• Monitor and address claims and disputes on marketplaces.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products and associated systems/sales platforms.

• Keep a comprehensive grasp of customer service and marketplace regulations.

• Follow customer service guidelines to align with company standards and meet performance metrics.

• Perform data entry as required to create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).

• Handle cancellations and refunds as necessary.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism.

• Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and cross-training initiatives to boost team productivity, versatility, and skill enhancement.

• Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification; or a combination of education and experience; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center customer service setting.

• Experience with Channel Advisor is preferred.

• Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and other vehicle components is a plus.

• Familiarity with Infor LN (BAAN) is advantageous.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to follow instructions and respond to management guidance.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exhibits experience working effectively in a team environment.

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in speaking and reading English is preferred.

• Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
