This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone, email, SMS, or chat.
• Deliver professional and prompt customer support while fostering a positive client experience.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records in the JobNimbus CRM system.
• Consistently adhere to company SOPs, scripts, and workflows.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up communications with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor customer inquiries and ensure that all tickets or requests are addressed swiftly.
• Record customer interactions, notes, and updates within the CRM.
• Assist with lead management, status updates, and tracking of the sales pipeline.
• Conduct data entry and keep digital records organized.
• Escalate customer issues or urgent matters to the relevant department.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Track task completion and uphold daily productivity targets.
• Contribute to quality assurance by ensuring that all processes are executed accurately.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of both customer and company information.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, or Administrative Support.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A neutral or minimal accent is necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally JobNimbus.
• Capability to adhere to SOPs and structured workflows with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort in addressing customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet work environment are required.
• Must have access to a static IP address through a dependable VPN provider, such as NordVPN or Surfshark.
