Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders within the ERP system.

• Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with factory, vendor, warehouse, and logistics teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to orders.

• Keep precise order records and update customer accounts as required.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Provide updates on order status, product availability, and company policies.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.

• Work together with sales, factory, warehouse, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless order processing and delivery.

• Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

• Prepare and maintain reports on backlog order status and service metrics.

• Document all customer interactions and transactions for tracking and auditing purposes.

• Identify trends and propose improvements based on customer feedback and order data.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in order management and customer service roles.

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
