This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism
• Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Deliver precise information and customer assistance
• Record call notes and updates in the company's systems
• Maintain a professional and upbeat demeanor during calls
• Adhere to company protocols and communication standards
• Provide support to the team with various customer service responsibilities
• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1+ level preferred)
• Prior experience in customer service, BPO, call center, or phone-based positions
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Keen attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks
• Stable internet connection and a professional work setup
• Consistent and dependable work ethic
