This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver first-level customer service solutions related to client products.
• Foster and sustain positive customer relationships by providing tailored solutions.
• Aim to surpass customer expectations.
• Collaborate with various departments to manage requests effectively.
• Organize service calls and ensure follow-ups with customers/clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues utilizing established diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Input data accurately using designated applications.
• Handle calls with active listening, empathy, and reassurance.
• Work with the team to maintain high standards of service quality.
• Take responsibility for the customer experience and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Adjust communication style to suit different audiences and interpret verbal and non-verbal signals.
• Comply with client policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Respond to both inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Modify problem-solving methods without compromising results.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles (phone, chat, in-person, etc.).
• Minimum high school diploma.
• A degree or certification in technology is an advantage.
• Preferably possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional English communication and comprehension skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of typing at a speed of 35 wpm.
• Must successfully complete the language/grammar screening.
• Reliable home internet connection, hardwired.
• Strong work ethic and a dependable history.
• Comfortable performing routine tasks at varying paces.
• Availability for at least one weekend day is required.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
• Must be available for morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
