This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Provide support for our esteemed Swiss client in the food sector.
• Deliver professional customer assistance for a diverse range of inquiries and challenges.
• Serve as the knowledgeable first point of contact, particularly as a coffee specialist.
• Proficiency in Swiss German at a minimum C1 level; English at B1 level is a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities, dependability, and dedication.
• Eagerness to learn and capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Stable home internet connection — Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps; upload speed of 5 Mbps (use of antenna routers and 5G routers is not permitted).
• Permanent employment with a full-time contract (40 hours per week).
• Competitive salary of 4,000 KM gross + daily hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net) + transportation stipend (60 KM net).
• Full-time contract effective from the start of training.
• Paid four-week training program at our Sarajevo office – accommodation, transport, and all expenses covered by TP B&H.
• Potential to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross.
• Extra compensation for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime.
