This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Support the client care team in assisting clients throughout the intake process.
β’ Help monitor outstanding balances and reach out to clients as needed.
β’ Develop payment plans with clients when required.
β’ Generate invoices for clients and address their inquiries and concerns regarding billing.
β’ Maintain up-to-date records and produce reports.
β’ Evaluate insurance coverage and benefits pertaining to mental health for clients, clearly conveying this information to them.
β’ File claims with insurance for the sessions that clients have attended at Sun Point.
β’ Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for specific cases.
β’ Contact member services as necessary to obtain further clarification on benefits and claims.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bilingual β Proficient in English (C1/C2 level) and Spanish.
β’ Prior experience in client care or customer service.
β’ Entry-level position.
β’ Availability for full-time work.
β’ Reliable internet connection with download speeds between 50 to 100 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.
