This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Managing customer inquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp chat.

• Effective handling of tickets within the customer service system.

• Addressing customer feedback on platforms like Trustpilot.

• Proactively updating customers regarding their orders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service, ideally with experience in both written and telephone support.

• Basic familiarity with digital ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk).

• Proficient in German with outstanding communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to work.

• Quick typing skills and good proficiency in MS Office.

• Collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
