This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming phone calls.
• Ensure exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Achieve resolution on the first contact with the caller.
• Provide quality results promptly during each interaction.
• Collect and compile all necessary information for clinical assessment.
• You will receive cross-training on other communication platforms (outbound calls, chats, emails) if required.
• Must possess a strong sense of self-awareness, a desire to learn, and an openness to coaching for improvement.
• Must demonstrate empathy towards others and the capability to establish rapport.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment and be ready to assist fellow team members.
• 3 years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service setting (Preferred).
• Experience in healthcare is an advantage.
• Proficient in daily computer usage.
• Outstanding customer service, active listening, and verbal/communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Enthusiastic about continuous process enhancement and actively seeking practical solutions to complex business challenges.
• Willingness to work on flexible schedules.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and take accountability.
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
