• Provide advice on troubleshooting or ordering replacement parts.
• Document inquiries and case resolutions in the system.
• Address any questions related to household appliances.
• Ideally, you possess prior experience in customer service.
• You understand the essence of good service and enjoy interacting with people.
• You have a strong awareness of customers' desires and needs.
• Capable of working independently with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and solutions.
• You maintain a friendly demeanor and exhibit a calm attitude.
• Proficiency with PC usage is part of your daily activities and doesn't pose a challenge.
