This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Address customer inquiries and supply information regarding cycling products and services.
• Aid customers in selecting products, placing orders, and tracking shipments.

• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and product knowledge.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the cycling industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Basic understanding of cycling products and industry developments.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software used for order management and customer support.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work remotely and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
