This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide customer support (1st and 2nd level) through email, phone, and a ticketing system.
• Manage order processing tasks.
• Handle the installation, configuration, and upkeep of server systems (Linux, Windows).
• Plan and configure information and telecommunications systems.
• Conduct equipment testing and perform systematic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting during incidents.
• Administer and monitor server and network infrastructure.
• Offer product consultation to both new and existing customers.
• Assist and support with internal and external projects.
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or an equivalent IT qualification.
• Strong knowledge of popular Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, SUSE).
• Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems is preferred.
• Understanding of PHP and HTML.
• Business-fluent German (C1 GER) is essential for daily communication.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with virtualization technologies is advantageous.
• Familiarity with web and server management interfaces (Confixx, Plesk, Parallels Virtual Automation, VMware) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL is desirable.
