This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ You will represent a well-regarded service provider.
β’ You will assist customers via phone, email, or mail.
β’ You will aid customers in preparing invoices and billing statements, as well as rectifying billing issues.
β’ You will address inquiries related to invoices, process invoice corrections, and initiate dunning suspensions.
β’ You will be responsible for dispatching invoices, billing statements, and meter-reading reports.
β’ You will guide customers in creating their billing statements online.
β’ Prior professional experience in telephone customer support or a strong desire to transition into this role.
β’ Excellent proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
β’ Sound numerical skills.
β’ Quick learner with strong comprehension abilities.
β’ Basic computer skills.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and the capability to engage with customers effectively.
β’ Permanent employment contract, available in part-time or full-time (35β39 hours/week).
β’ A Spanish employment contract.
β’ A fixed monthly salary with timely payment.
β’ Work location in Maspalomas, situated at the southern tip of Gran Canaria.
