Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assists customers by addressing their transportation inquiries and concerns.

• Schedules, modifies, and cancels reservations according to customer requests.

• Gathers and records details regarding customer complaints and issues.

• Ensures that all pertinent customer information is accurately documented.

• Attends mandatory meetings and complies with company policies and procedures.

• Maintains acceptable standards of attendance and punctuality.

• Guarantees precise entry and documentation of trip data.

• Upholds a polite, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.

• Shows dedication to delivering high-quality work.

• Refers unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate departments for further inquiry and resolution.

• Fosters a positive and collaborative workplace atmosphere.

• Supports a 24/7/365 contact center environment, with schedules that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, including those recognized by the company, with mandatory holiday coverage.

• Engages in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role involving high call volume and data entry is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to swiftly learn new technologies and processes, as well as understand and follow complex instructions.

• Capable of typing accurately at a rate of at least 35 words per minute.
