This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Support clients with inquiries and requests related to insurance
• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and text communication
• Follow up with clients concerning documentation and policy changes
• Precisely input and maintain customer data in company databases
• Address customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience
• Proficient in both English and Russian (verbal and written)
• Prior experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong phone etiquette and effective listening skills
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Proficient computer skills with the capacity to quickly learn new systems
