This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers through chat.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with solutions.
• Keep a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively support customers.
• Properly document customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Aim to surpass customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics.
• Consistently seek ways to enhance the customer experience and optimize processes.
• Remain informed about product knowledge and industry trends to improve customer assistance.
• Ability to work within the specified hours of operation, with flexibility required on weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) capability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technologically proficient with the ability to navigate multiple windows and tabs while delivering a Best-In-Class Customer Experience over the phone.
