This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Actively engage with customers, ascertain their needs, and deliver precise information or solutions.

• Adhere to call scripts and company protocols to guarantee uniform service quality.

• Refer intricate technical issues to the relevant team when necessary.

• Keep accurate and well-organized call logs within our system.

• Efficiently multitask while managing various systems and tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication skills - B2 English proficiency is mandatory.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience as a Customer Representative is preferred but not essential.

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Flexible schedule to work six days a week during operational hours: 7 am - 12 am EST.

• Must provide a Police Record from your country of residence.

• A copy of your ID is required.

Equipment Requirements

• A laptop or desktop computer (Windows 10/11; MAC devices are incompatible with our system).

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 GB is recommended for optimal performance).

• A modern processor (Intel i5 or equivalent AMD Ryzen 3 or 5).

• SSD with a minimum capacity of 250 GB.

• A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

• Reliable energy and internet stability (minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps).

• Capability to connect via ethernet.

Connectivity

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps / upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• A wired (Ethernet) connection is strongly preferred over Wi-Fi.
