This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Addresses customer inquiries received through phone, email, and fax.
• Logs interactions in SalesForce.
• Suggests, quotes, samples, and sells standard stock products.
• Manages all facets of order fulfillment from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Proactively informs customers about delays or issues with orders and offers alternative standard products to assist them.
• Resolves complaints related to pricing errors, order entry mistakes, and customer accommodations.
• Actively engages with designated accounts by initiating phone and/or email communication to gain a deeper understanding of their business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years of prior customer service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting and familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable.
