This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• You will support customers with inquiries and concerns regarding our products.
• Your goal will be to ensure that customers are pleased and satisfied with their interactions with our customer service team.
• You will be responsible for turning around any dissatisfied customers due to shipping or product delays.
• Must be fully fluent in English.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving excellence in customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer service role with Amazon is required.
• Must be hardworking, resourceful, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• A strong passion for helping others and contributing to the company's success.
• Creative and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually enhance departmental efficiency, while regularly proposing new ideas.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
• Experience with Freshdesk (or similar platforms) is advantageous.
• Willingness to commit to working exclusively for a single employer.
• Ability to work additional hours if required.
