This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver exceptional Customer Service through Telephone, Email, Chat, and Form Fill interactions for homeowners, distributors, dealers, and both internal and external customers.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the products or services provided.
• Supply consumers with information about our products, rebates, and financing options.
• Collaborate with dealers to ensure an effective transition of the consumer and product recommendations.
• Create “warm” leads through incoming calls and completed forms.
• Achieve sales and call center performance metrics established in KPI’s and SLA’s.
• Execute data entry, document reviews, and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Consult with internal technical specialists as needed to address consumer inquiries about relevant products.
• Conduct follow-up communications via calls or emails to foster leads, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or surpass designated sales quotas and targets.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements.
• Comprehend and adhere to work instructions, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
