This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Organize and oversee the daily operations of healthcare personnel.
• Recruit and select caregivers through a thorough screening process.
• Maintain regular communication with field staff, fostering strong interpersonal relationships, enhancing the employer’s brand, and ensuring the retention of top talent.
• Assign client shifts by pairing the most suitable caregiver with each client.
• Proactively build strong connections and relationships with team members based in the US.
• Oversee the service delivery platform to ensure compliance with the company’s standards.
• Respond to phone inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Compile and prepare daily and weekly staffing reports.
• Assist with payroll functions as needed.
• Provide HR support to healthcare personnel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service position.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer usage, particularly with documents, spreadsheets, and web applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of multitasking.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills, particularly on the phone with US or UK clients.
• Clear and professional phone call voice quality and high-definition video quality using home office equipment during the hiring process is essential.
• Must have a dedicated home office space.
• Shift hours: 11:30 PM - 8:30 AM Philippine Standard Time.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and respect towards work are required.
