This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing customer support via written communication and telephone (non-sales).
• Addressing customer inquiries regarding the client's products and services.
• Documenting post-call interactions and updating customer records.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by efficiently managing incoming requests.
• A minimum internet connection speed of 50 Mbps and a designated workspace.
• Proficient in the German language, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable with using PC applications confidently.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• A service-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
• Stable position with options for permanent employment, either full-time or part-time (starting from 25 hours per week).
• Monthly base salary complemented by performance-based incentives.
• Additional compensation for working on Sundays and public holidays, along with extra allowances for late shifts.
