This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.
• Address customer support tickets by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to current orders.
• Handle a significant volume of phone calls to assist customers with their existing orders and guide new customers on how to place online orders.
• Reply to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, as well as internal departmental inquiries regarding orders or payment processes, and support field servers as needed.
• Record issues in Confluence.
• Review court dockets for information on case filings and occasionally retrieve filed documents.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a call center, assisting customers via phone.
• Technology-savvy; experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems is preferred.
• Experience in document manipulation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capable of transcribing information, reviewing orders, investigating issues, and implementing solutions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of work output even in stressful situations.
• Skillful in anticipating issues and finding ways to avoid them.
• Competent in implementing new processes and changes to enhance performance.
• Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
