
Customer Service Representative – After-Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming customer calls during after-hours operations.
• Initiate outbound calls as necessary for follow-ups, confirmations, etc.
• Accurately schedule service appointments utilizing company systems.
• Deliver clear, professional, and courteous communication to customers.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are properly logged and recorded.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, maintaining a clear, professional, and customer-friendly tone.
• Previous experience in customer service or call handling roles.
• Capability to efficiently manage multiple calls and scheduling tasks.
• Comfortable with remote work and able to operate independently.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or related service industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, though not mandatory.
