This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the financial accounting sector.
β’ Evaluate and categorize customer inquiries, documenting reports within the ticketing system.
β’ Address general customer questions and resolve issues through remote diagnostics with assistance.
β’ Collect all relevant data and information for more intricate problems, preparing them for escalation to the next level of support.
β’ Vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or tax-related disciplines β or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities.
