Customer Service – Premium Coffee Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• You assist customers with general inquiries regarding their premium coffee machines.

• You provide updates on delivery status and help address any potential defects or operational questions.

• You deliver exceptional customer service and represent a prestigious luxury brand.

• You meticulously document your customer interactions in the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) for internal communications.

• Residence in Greece or readiness to relocate on short notice.

• Availability to travel to Athens for a 4-day onboarding session.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and a service-oriented mindset.
