Customer Service Operator – Commercial Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer service through voice interactions with a compassionate and personalized approach

• Proactively present our financial products and services

• Achieve and surpass sales objectives

• Greet customers, address inquiries, and fulfill requests with exceptional service

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification

• Willingness to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps and a wired (Ethernet) setup

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Strong active listening skills and capability to understand customer needs

• Effective time management and task prioritization skills

• Initiative and a commitment to making a positive impact

• Team player with a knack for innovative problem-solving
