This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to provide outstanding customer support.
• Play a crucial role in establishing meaningful connections with customers across various communication platforms.
• Collect and communicate valuable customer feedback to aid in the enhancement of products and services.
• Maintain a positive, proactive, and customer-centered attitude that fosters a healthy and collaborative team environment.
• Offer customer support in both Mandarin and English via phone calls, live chats, and email communication.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing precise information and support promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer requests and transactions are addressed within established timelines.
• Adhere to high service quality standards in line with the company’s customer experience objectives and brand values.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing long-term loyalty to the PRISM+ brand.
