This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to assess their banking requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster customer loyalty.
• Address issues through live chat, email, or phone communication.
• Transform sales prospects to achieve financial objectives.
• Clarify and detail procedures and products during telephone interactions.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback for ongoing product enhancement.
• Work in a Call Centre environment where interactions with customers occur primarily over the phone.
• Adhere to the established rules and guidelines set by the Bank, as well as those specific to the Direct Banking Center.
• Primarily focused on elucidating procedures or providing information about retail banking products.
• Involves conducting root cause analysis and reversing charges and fees when necessary.
• University Graduate (preferably with a background in finance, banking, or mathematics).
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
