This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Engage with customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Monitor and manage cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly.
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a prominent brand.
• Offer troubleshooting support for mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and more.
• Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
• Organize repairs for hardware-related issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases by reaching out to 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Swedish.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
