Customer Service, Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the upkeep and troubleshooting of steam systems, both remotely and on-site.

• Conduct commissioning and provide customer training for newly installed systems.

• Optimize electrical and control technology for client systems, collaborating closely with our specialists when necessary.

• Offer expert advice to customers on enhancing their steam systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, HVAC/plumbing installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), or a similar qualification.

• A keen interest in machinery and plant engineering along with strong manual dexterity.

• Team player with excellent communication abilities.

• Ability to work in a structured and systematic manner.

• Quick learner with a flair for creativity.
