Customer Service Export Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Utilize Hitachi tools and methodologies for product configuration, order processing, and invoicing.

• Monitor orders and guarantee prompt delivery to clients.

• Organize export logistics in collaboration with Hitachi Logistics.

• Bill clients in accordance with INCO terms.

• Oversee contracts from the point of order entry to delivery and payment.

• Accelerate the acquisition of documentation such as import/export licenses and letters of credit.

• Compile shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

• Cultivate robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Understanding of INCO terms and compliance in international trade.

• Background in B2B customer support, ideally with international clientele.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Capacity to handle stress while maintaining a professional demeanor.
