This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Interact with customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Monitor and follow up on cases to guarantee their resolution in an efficient and timely manner.
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a prominent brand.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance for mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and more.
• Help customers manage and secure their accounts and passwords.
• Arrange repairs for hardware-related concerns.
• Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Escalate unresolved cases by liaising with 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
• Proficiency in French.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technology, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
