This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Responsible for providing support and timely solutions to requests from partners and end clients.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for Justo's partners and end clients.
• Assist in achieving the KPIs, goals, and objectives of the department.
• Build and maintain relationships with various areas of the company.
• Residence in Bogotá.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in similar roles or positions.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce.
